By accessing this website and purchasing digital design, graphic artistry, or event coordination services from Modified Petals, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services and Digital Deliverables
Modified Petals provides  digital design services, including custom layouts and digital obituary formatting.
* Deliverables: All final custom design products are delivered PDF and  print-ready digital PDF file when requested to the client’s verified email address.
* Layout Specifications: One-page flat layouts format to a standard 8.5" x 11" dimension. Four-page booklet or 8page layouts are structured a narrative-driven visual designs. No physical printed materials are shipped unless explicitly detailed in a separate signed contract.

2. Client Responsibilities and Content Submission
To ensure absolute accuracy and maintain production schedules, clients must adhere to the following data submission rules:
* Text and Copy: All text, names, dates, and obituary copy must be submitted in a typed digital format via email. Modified Petals is not responsible for errors, typos, or grammatical mistakes present in the text provided by the client.
* Media and Imagery: Clients must submit a curated gallery of high-resolution photos (recommended 20 to 30 images depending on project scope) to ensure optimal visual output. Lower-quality images may affect final print clarity.

3. Payment and Invoicing Terms
* All invoices issued by Modified Petals are due immediately upon receipt.
* Design production timelines and project mockups will initiate only after payment processing is fully finalized and confirmed.

4. Intellectual Property
All design concepts, original layouts, website text, graphics, and branding assets featured on this site are the intellectual property of Modified Petals. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution of our custom design templates or website content is strictly prohibited. Final personalized PDF files delivered to clients are licensed for personal and commemorative use only.

5. Limitation of Liability
Modified Petals is not liable for any printing errors, color variations caused by third-party print shops, or delays resulting from late or incomplete text and photo submissions by the client.
