A: To ensure timely delivery of your personalized obituary orders placed less than 48 hours before the scheduled service time are classified as "Express Orders." For express orders submitted between 24 and 48 hours prior to the service, a $50.00 express service fee applies. If your order is placed under 24 hours before the service, a $100.00 express service fee will be charged. We craft every obituary personally, so we recommend ordering early to ensure we can meet your deadline. This also helps you avoid rush fees! While we do our best to accommodate urgent requests, we may not be able to accept orders with very limited notice. We reserve the right to decline last-minute orders if they cannot be accommodated within our operational capacity. Because each obituary is personally crafted with care, we recommend placing orders as early as possible to guarantee completion and avoid rush fees. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we reserve the right to decline orders placed with extremely limited notice to ensure the highest quality.
