A: You will receive a print-ready digital PDF file delivered directly to your verified email address from Modified Petals. All files are fully optimized for both digital viewing.
Because each obituary is personally crafted with care, we recommend placing orders as early as possible to guarantee completion and avoid rush fees. While we strive to accommodate all requests, we reserve the right to decline orders placed with extremely limited notice.

To ensure timely delivery for services, orders placed less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time are considered "Express Orders."

48 Hours Notice: A $50.00 express service fee applies.

Under 24 Hours Notice: A $100.00 express service fee applies.
